1. THE SERVICE
JuJuReel ("the Service") lets you watch, branch, and create AI-generated short films. Films are generated by artificial intelligence from text prompts, choices, and uploaded images. Output is synthetic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. YOUR CONTENT AND CONDUCT
(a) Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you clear permission.
(b) Do not upload or request content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent — including celebrities and public figures.
(c) Do not create sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance), non-consensual intimate imagery, hate content, or content that encourages real-world violence.
(d) You are responsible for the text directions and endings you submit.
(e) We may remove content or suspend access that violates this policy, without refund of credits.

4. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE
You keep ownership of your original story text and uploaded photos. By submitting them, you grant JuJuReel a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, render, store, and display them as part of the Service. AI-generated visuals and narration produced from your inputs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

5. CREDITS
Credits are consumed when the Service generates AI scenes, directions, or endings. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. Free credits are granted per visitor at our discretion and may be adjusted to prevent abuse.

6. PRIVACY
Uploaded photos are stored to render your avatar and films. We do not sell your personal data. You may request deletion of your avatar and content by contacting us.

7. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuJuReel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if you paid nothing, $0).

8. CHANGES
We may update these terms; the version you accepted is recorded. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new version.
